Drain punch vs Rock tomb on SpecD D-Muk?

Basically making it a better version of Hippowdan outside of a sand team. Recover, EQ, stealth rock, (Drain punch or rock tomb). Rock Tomb has better coverage, but drain punch can hit a few things and helps with some longevity.

Which in general do you think is more beneficial?

I feel like that depends on your team. Mind sharing what that team is.

I don’t really have a team right now as much as I am raising pokemon. And I’ll build an actual team later. From what I’m seeing rock tomb (without rock slide or stone edge) seems to be the best option on the table for more coverage - and recover/leftovers is probably good enough given I’m not giving it any attack investments.

FYI in the future it’ll have access to: stone edge, toxic, rock slide, poison jab, rest, sleep talk, gunk shot, facade, and other moves

I figured as much. I’m just making the best sets possible with whats available right now. And since TMs are no longer only one use, that gives plenty of options to mix things up :smiley:

Yep. delta muk’s HA is regurgitate but i have no idea what it does, we’ll have to see

Will hidden abilities be options in the future via ability capsules, or is that TBA?

TBA. My guess is they will implement dream stones from z/o but just a guess.
