My Delta Ludicolo battled a Gigalith and Gigalith seemed to successfully use Stealth Rock despite Ludicolo having Magic Bounce.
Not reflecting hazards is a known bug. It should still work with other status moves.
Is that bug going to get fixed in the next update?
Yeah it’s been confirmed by my testers that I have fixed it.
