Do the abilities "Magma Armor" & "Flame Body" reduce Egg Step's in-game?

I love breeding Pokemon, but using the Chemical in Vipik City I spend too much money, so i want know if Magma Armor(Magcargo) or Flame Body(Magcargo/Fletchinder) reduce the egg step’s in-game like Pokemon OR/AS

I can confirm that Flame Body does. I haven’t tried with Magma Armor but I really don’t see why it wouldn’t. You can always check either way by getting one of the two in your party and checking how many steps remain both before and after walking around near the guy who uses the egg hatching chemical.
