Do pokemon in Grottos respawn?

Do pokemon in grottos respawn ? I am trying to complete the dex and rn i am catching all the deltas. However, some of them only appear in hidden grottos. The wiki says they reset after 12h but what is i aleready collected an item/ caught other pokemon from that grotto, can i still catch the others.

yes they respawn
im not sure about the deltas tho

The deltas will respawn. And yes, it’s randomized each time you enter. You can save in front and reset to get what you want. However, once you enter, the mon/item will stay until you battle/collect it.

The contents of grottos, including the deltas and the items, will respawn each time you revisit the grotto. A word of warning though: if you haven’t saved outside the grotto or if you just decided that you don’t like what’s in the grotto after saving inside the grotto, then just collect it anyways. Hidden Grottos can “break” if you leave without collecting what’s inside them, resulting in nothing respawning in the hidden grottos even after 12 hours of real time.
