Further info: When i started i didnt pay attetion to the ivs or natures so my starter got a 1 iv in spa and adamant when its a special attacker
Here’s a tip if you want to try breeding. You need only one Ditto with high IVs and many Synchronizers. Use the Synchronizers to get the nature you want, then have the Pokemon hold an Everstone to pass down its nature and have Ditto hold a Destiny Knot to try to pass down the IVs.
I don’t have any good Dittos to trade, but maybe I can help you out by helping you rebreed your starter if you want?

Yes, you can only breed delta Pokemon with a delta Ditto. To get perfect IV Ditto the easiest way is to capture a few dittos and find one that has the most 31 IVs if you want to save on IV stones. Then use IV stones on the other stats to max out its IVs. You can find IV stones by rock smashing. An NPC in your secret base will use one IV stone to max one IV of any pokemon.
You can find dittos in friend safaris after you get your sixth badge.

Friend Safari. Refer to this page to see which pokemon can be found in whose friend safaris. Ralts and Abra have the ability synchronize and many of the fire types have Flame Body. It may also be a good idea to catch a pokemon with Trace first so you don’t have to waste Pokeballs catching pokemon whose ability you don’t want.
