The backsprite for the hat on the female needs to be slightly smaller, like1-2 pixels smaller.

Looks great, it would be a cool addition to the character. Now all we need is a mabel sweater in the game, that would be awesome

Im new to this, sorry. But how do I use it? Is it just like, a recommendation? Or is there actually a way to use it?

Whatever, I’ll help anyway. Just get the files and rename existing graphics files in your game’s folder. This means you’ll have to get rid of an unwanted hat, but it’s doubtful you like every single last one. That’s basically it from there. It’ll be named the original hat you’ve replaced, but it will look like Dipper’s hat everywhere.
