So, l wanted to “save scum” to get the items/ shiny from the pokepon thing, and after reloading the save with f12 a few times realizing l kept getting a fire stone, l decided to load a backup save, and since then, no matter how long i’ve waited, or how many steps i’ve taken (it feels like 1500 or more, though l can’t be sure) the pon person keeps saying “it’s been too short a time”. To add to this, the backup l reloaded was made shortly before l went in, so l know l already had the required steps and time to do it, and it worked before, granting me a Big Nugget and a mega stone.
Did l break the pokepon? If so, can it be fixed (I accidentally quicksaved over the old save, so reloading that won’t do anything, and my last backup before that was just after the first gym, so that’s a no go.)
