Delta Volcarona’s dex entry says it shows potential to warp space and summon black holes. And then there is the move Dark Matter, a new Dark elemental Hyper Beam like the starter moves. Its description says it calls on the unknown parts of the universe. Now, I don’t know if it wasn’t given to D. Volcarona because would be kind of op or not, but the move and pokemon do kind of go together like Pikachu and Thunderbolt.
It honestly wasn’t given to it because I overlooked it for some reason. The next patch (if it ever comes out) should fix this.
