There are a lot of random blackish pixels just hanging around on cyndaquil and quilava, plus there is hardly any actual shading on typhlosion, with a similar thing going on with quilava. The ice on cyndaquil and quilava looks really pixely and unpleasant, so you should smooth out the pixel sizes(make all pixels 1x1). There is also no selective outline, so I would suggest adding that as well.
