The sprite is well made, but to be honest I think the typing needs a re-work xD

I would go for a pure fighting type maybe? Or a typical Fire/Fighting even.

Pure Fighting could work… Drizzle would have to be like Aftermath then and some slight Move changes like: Aqua Jet -> Take Down Scald -> Body Slam Acid Armor -> Double Edge
