Have you used the WitchDoctor in the black market already? Much easier method, as long as you have your scyther holding a steel coat it should be able to evolve using whatever “powder” she has
where is that?
In the Helios City Black Market. You can get to it very fast by diving in the lake above the pokemon center.
just got to Helios city. Have not challenged the gym yet. Can i still use the witchdoctor without having dive or knowing where to get the powder?
You actually have to get there to advance in the story. So just keep playing and you’ll eventually find it. It’s linked to the jade tower iirc
It’s not a powder or a held item. It’s a power. Yeah, you can go to it by going to the lowest floor of the Helios department store and go through the sewers. Assuming you took the right exit, you’ll be in the black market.
