You can evolve the scyther in the black market.(The witch with the special powder. only accesible after 3rd gym) But people would probably suggest that you keep the scyther as it is and think that delta scizor is a downgrade. This is because scyther and scizor have the same base stat total but evolving the scyther just gives it more defense and attack and chips its speed. Considering ice is a crap typing for defense, people like keep it as a scyther. As for mega’s there are better options. This is different from normal scyther and scizor cause scizor benefits from a way better typing that can use the bulk. Do whatever you want I really dont care.
