This is an Electric type Sceptile.

Please leave a comment on how I could improve this.
I am not planing on making the pre evolutions unless someone wants them.

Edit: After the feedback I got I made this final version.

Nice.But the outline could be enhanced. Anyway,I am not a spriter.

Taking a better look at it I noticed that the back piece needed more work.

The bulbs are still one solid color, which may need a fix.
