i am thinking to take registeel the problem is a dont know what nature i should use
moves will be : fire move recover toxic and will-O-wisp

now i have two ideas :
calm hp 252 def 100 spdef 152
so he is able to take less than 50% damage from mega alakazam and 51% damage from life orb latios.
he is even able to take good physical damage and earthquakes.and can burn physical attackers but ground physical attakers are a problem.
the second idea is bold hp 252 def 252
so he takes 63 % from adamant garchomp,can burn after that he takes 31 % damage and can use recover.
he takes 68 % damage before burn and 34 % after burn from adamant landorus T.
problem : he does not take special attacks so good.
The ideal set depends on your team. For example, if you have a Chansey or Delta Regice, you can use that for special attacks and just go full physical defense. Stealth Rock is a good option over Toxic or Will-o-Wisp because with it’s ability it can stack with normal Stealth Rock for extra chip.
registeel should be annoying using will-o-wisp/ toxic surviving with recover and stalling. he should stay on the field as long as possible.anyway i will follow your idea and if i will change idea i can do somerhing like this : bold hp252 spdef 252.
now i am going to use a bold nature with 252 def
i will replace toxic with stealth rock will-o-wisp is too important.
