I was challenged to do this pokemon evolution so youngster Joey can one day be the best trainer that ever lived.
Also disclaimer, this evolution was just a means for the fun of it, I am mostly posting it here so I can share with you what I made, I understand that it is very unlikely that it would be in a game and there will be flaws with it. Thank you to those that understand and I am still up for critiquing, so that it would help with future sprites that I make.
Now onto the pokemon:
Delta Rattata (Steel/Electric)
The Hardware Pokemon
Dex Entry: Delta Rattata communicate by tapping on their head making clicking noises or by bearing near a computer with access to the internet towards others that are doing the same.
Abilities: Static, Run Away, (HA) Own Tempo
Delta Raticate (Steel/Electric)
The Pointing Device Pokemon
Dex Entry: These Pokemon are very competitive and clicks at each other furiously, mostly to show off how much more skilled than they are towards the others.
Ability: Levitate
