Hi! I’m relatively new to the forums and I want to ask a question about the Delta suggestions. I have an idea about a delta pokemon but I’m not very good when it comes to creating sprites. Can I submit it to the holon university thread without a sprite and ask if some one can make on. After that it would be a complete delta but the suggestion would be given by me and the design interpretation would be done by some one else.
I haven’t heard of that. I think that it is still allowed though.

I know but no one has seen my idea. If someone can make a sprite I would love to submit it and see it as possibly a delta in the full version
