Is it alright if we make Original Characters from this Pokemon game?

Hi Luna! There is a section on this forum called Holon University where the community posts their fanmade Delta. However, those won’t be added to the final game. I don’t know about characters. There was that frontier brain contest, but it’s been over 2-3 years ago.
