Which Pokemon should I chose Delta Metagross or Delta Noivern?

It depends on which Delta Metagross you want, since there is two. Delta Noivern is very good cause it has an amazing typing which resists a lot of types. I highly recommend you run Nasty Plot, Giga Drain, Flash Cannon, Heat Wave/Earth Power.

If you want the Ruin Form Metagross, use it’s mega form when you can. It has Rock Head combined with Wood hammer and Head smash, which makes it very strong
