Ability: Snow Warning, Frozen Body HA: Snow Cloak
(Frozen Body is like Flame body but instead of burning the foe it has a chance of freezing them)
Info: Delta Magmortars generally live in mountains. Their bodies core is so cold that they can turn rain into snow just by being near it and they can freeze a lake just by putting their foot on the suface of the water.
Edit: I changed the arms a bit so they didn’t look so much like ordinary Magmortars arms
