Delta form for Chimchar and Piplup?

I recently started playing Pokemon Insurgence and noticed that Chimchar has no delta form and neither does Piplup. I was wondering what the policy was on Pokemon being added to the game and if there is ever a chance that a Delta form for the two starters to be added. Mega evolution forms the final evolutions of the 2 Pokemon might be nice to do instead if delta sprites can’t be added.

I saw a lot of good sprites on the forum and Reddit so they might be useful for creating one.

There will be no more content on the game, such as Megas and deltas. It will be just bug fixes from now on. You can always ask a spriter to make a fan made version for you, though it won’t actually function in game.
