I plan to make a new moon team, where I wish to use a shadow dance electivire. Now it already has 95 Base Speed, which is good but still sub par. That is managed by shadow dance but I want to ask one thing, should I run jolly or adamant?
If this is in-game only, it should definitely be Adamant.
I’d run Adamant for either in-game or competitive. Delta Electivire’s Speed (assuming I did the math correctly) with 252 EVs/an IV of 31 becomes 570 in New Moon, which outspeeds tons of Pokemon.
