New move(?): Lullaby - makes the target fall asleep and lowers it defense by 2 (or maybe just 1? what do you think? 2 can’t make it OP right?:sweat_smile::sweat_smile:)

Dex Entry: It was an Eevee abandoned by a kid who forces it to evolve. Then, a mad scientist took it home and experimented eevee. It now has the scientist’s child’s spirit and they’re busy at finding their ‘killers’

wow thats great in all but I think it would do better as a nover dark type eeveliution

but thats just my opinion

I like it, not sure how I feel about it being a standalone eeveelution rather than a delta eevee though. I like the shiny too.
