I like it, its simple and it really reflects the type and its regular pokemon form. Keep it up!
maybe make the wings just a little little bit larger. I think that would work. I am not a professional so if you dont like this idea just ignore me

The sprites have some kind of aura around it… The outline of the head and tail of Dratini and Dragonair got some pinkish glow and so do the wings, head and arms of Dragonite. Really looks weird imo.
Since I have time now.
What changes did you make on this other than the noticeable splits of other Pokemon so I can consider this a delta?
To be honest sir I do not have any other ideas on what else to do with them. Any suggestions?
maybe give Dragonite butterfly wings. I think that would look cool
Recreat the ripped parts to something similar to avoid the matching of the same Pokemon parts, because it is not a new Delta if it got parts from others but making it more of a fusion.
