Whenever hit by a fire type it goes from ice to water to gas. With ice it goes from gas to water to ice.
Dex: An experiment with vaporeon DNA allowed this ditto to become pure water however it has a high and low freezing point allowing it to become Ice and gas type easily

this kinda of reminds me of castform but still a great idea
That makes sense since i used the castform rain form (repetitive redundancy) for water ditto
