You need to read some notes and collect the d. Noibat egg at the ancient tower and then you need to talk to a scientist in Gaea Town. And at last, you will need to go to the day care and you have to answer “ditto” To his question, progress through the day care and you will find yourself a d. Ditto (Also, for some reason I caught mine and it didn’t despawn, I could just battle it again and potentially capture it if I wanted. I don’t know if this is glitch)
