Delta Diancie - The Black Diamond Pokemon

Type: Ice/Dark | Ability: Noctem/Snow Warning (helps set up for its mega)

Delta Diancie is known to warn hikers of treacherous, icy slopes. She won't help those who ignore her warning.

Inspiration: Black diamonds (Dark-type), the gem and the symbol show the most difficult ski slopes (Ice-type)

Mega Delta Diancie

Type: Ice/Dark

Ability: Black Ice Boost/Double Black Diamond (still not sure about the name) - Increases its two most EV trained stats by 50% while in hail or darkness (If it's EV trained in def & hp, it becomes an even stronger wall. If it's EV trained in attack & speed, it becomes an even better sweeper)

TBH it should be a Dark-Steel because diamond is considered an Iron (Dialga) and not to be rude, but the sprite looks a bit unnatural with the black outline. Just try and make it more natural. (the body-ball? should slowly blend into each other to look better)

It needs proper shaping for the hands and crystals. Otherwise, nice idea.
