Great job for your second Delta, but if I may offer some criticism:
You did an awesome job on the recoloring, but the stars look a bit… unnatural compared to the rest of the Darkrai. Maybe try to blend it a bit more, or even reducing the number of stars you have would make it better. That said, stars and spots are hard to do, and you did a much better job than I did at first with them.
