This pokémon can change the fierceness of his smoke to let you pass out or die. It’s poisonous smoke can be strong enough to even corrode steel! His spikes are also as poisonous to cause death on touch. It is the third stage of Delta Cyndaquill. This is a delta species. Due to its mutation, it has a different type combination.
