I’ve just started playing and I’m semi worried I could miss some good items. As far as I know there is no Item Finder in the game but I’ve looked and didn’t see any real guides for items on the forums.
Look up the Insurgence wiki, there’s directions on an area-by-area basis where the items all are.

You’ll have to click the page for the specific area you’re searching, but it’s all there.
