So i caught mewtwo and i guess all other legendaries but rayquaza and im stuck now, can anyone help

Go to top of Jade Tower with Kyogre and Groudon in your party.

Go to mysterious tower with all 3 johto beasts in your party. After that use terresact and go to top of tower. Ho-oh will then appear.

I already did and caught all Regi’s but Regirock i was too lazy

Goddammit. I just had a brain fart. I read what I want to read not what’s actually written. No you can’t go to Hoenn. Only two regions are Torren and Holon
