I just tried to download the mystery gift Phantump, but it just says that no gifts are available.
Did I miss the time window (I got the email just a couple of hours ago), or is it something I’m doing wrong? Is it because I’m playing from a mac?
Are you on the latest version, 1.1.8.2?
Not sure. How do I check that?
Found it - I have the 1.1.8 version.
Do I understand it correctly that I need to move my save files from the old version to the new if I don’t want to start from scratch?
If you are on windows then im pretty sure you dont even need to touch the save files. On mac, I dont know.

When I read around on the forum, it said that I’m supposed to move the rxdata-file, but I can’ seem to find it.
instead of going “Program Files” at some point, click users, go to your user, then saved games, then pokemon insurgence, then it’s Game.rxdata
Thanks for the help; now my poor old save files have finally migrated to the safe haven of 1.1.8.2. 
… but the mystery gift still doesn’t download, though. 
Check the pokecentre and see if the delivery guy is already there?
No, he isn’t.
If you have updated correctly you may have to keep spamming enter on the mystery gift option.Ive notice this but I dont know if its only me
