Hi guys, im new on this game and i can’t create an online account. each time, after i confirm my password, the game crash and it say there is an error. what do i do?
Depends what kind of error it is, would be better if you could post a picture.
That is a server error.
I’m not sure if this would help, but you may try putting the game within the firewall exceptions, as the server seems online and works fine with me.

Control Panel -> System and Security -> Windows Firewall (Allow an app through windows firewall)
