Can't access any online features

Hi Folks,

I’m finding that I’m completely unable to access the games online features including registering an account.

  1. I am on the latest version of the game. (1.1.8)
  2. Ive already tried redownloading
  3. I checked the server status portal on this site to see that the servers are supposedly online.
  4. Mac user

I’ve been having this issue for over a month but imagined it was all server side. When I saw Suzerain tweet the other day about the servers being fixed I decided to try again but am having no luck.

The latest version of the game is 1.1.8.2 Have you tried redownloading since that patch was released ~2 weeks ago?

Yes. I redownloaded today when I had the issues.

Do you have any errors when doing so, or just plain black screen?

I just get the plain black screen with “Connecting to server Press C)” at the bottom. Nothing happens. Sometimes I’ll eventually get a “Script is taking too long” error

Did yo download the game from here [Hotfix] Pokemon Insurgence 1.1.8.2? Being on 1.1.8.2?
Also, if so, try putting the game at the firewall exceptions.

Hey all thanks for the help, I was finally able to get back around to this. Looks like the firewall was the problem. I hadn’t reset the firewall when I downloaded the newest version.
