Self explanatory question, are they treated like mega’s or like primal groudon and kyogre?

Yes. You can have both primals and a Mega Rayquaza as well for Supreme Command of the Weather if you wanted. :slight_smile:

Furthermore, you can also have Primal Giratina, Primal Arceus and Primal Regigigas too alongside the Hoenn trio.
