Can you find Missingno in a randomizer?

I havent gotten to Gaia town yet to mess with the calculator guy to get missingnos area, but I have pretty much seen every single Pokémon in the wild except for missingno, and Im starting to wonder if its even encounterable? Like, if its usual encounter at NO_DATA is also randomized, is that just it? Can I just never find it?

Interesting, I didn’t know this. Quite odd considering UFI can be found, but eh.
