Not far from the Friend Safari then, once you reach Metchi Town get yourself a Secret Base, then reach to someone’s safari and catch yourself a Combusken.

A little fyi, you do not want to trade away your delta snorlax, you only get one in the game, and there are plenty of people out there that will trade you one for free. Or, as @Aboodie said, you can find combusken in the friend safari that you can buy in metchi town, although it is a little expensive to get.
