I was trying to build my Togekiss and I wanted to get Nasty plot and Moonblast on him. However I dont have the TMs for them. Does anyone know where i can find those?

Togekiss doesn’t learn Moonblast, and you can get nasty plot from a tutor in the dream realm

Yeah, Dazzling Gleam is your fairy move. Thats why you see TWave, NP, Air Slash, Aura Sphere sets.

No Dual Wingbeat. That’s physical and Gen 8. You could run Hustle, but it’s overall worse.
