BUG Lucario Aura sphere

Hi guys, this is my first post on this forum.
Sorry for my, sometimes, approximate English, I’m from France.

I have an issue with my Lucario : he did not learn Aura Sphere when he evolved.

Is it normal ?
If not, what should I do ?

The game follows oras movesets. So , it learns aura sphere either at level 1 (by the use of a heart scale) or at level 42.
