Is it now possible to breed delta pokemon? And if so how do I do it?

Yes, you need to get the noibat egg and read notes in the Ancient Tower. Then go to Gaea town and meet with the scientist. Then go to Metchi town and find him at the Day care. Tell him “ditto” and go to the back of the map you’re in. Boom, delta ditto. Just pair it up with a delta and you’ll be getting delta eggs.
