I have no idea what Leaf Blade does here. I don’t like Eevee as a mixed attacker, I prefer to keep it as either a special or physical attacker. In your case, special. I would use
- Moonblast
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam

I would recommend maybe using Gunk Shot, U-Turn or Extrasensory. If you really want a support option, go for Spikes. I feel like Double Team is unreliable at times.

PLEASE! Explain me. You have a Choice Specs and you use Calm Mind. What do you do now? You are locked on Calm Mind and you can’t switch move until your Gardevoir leave the field. Either way, I suggest you use a Choice Scarf to be able to revenge kill much more things and Moonblast, that way D.Gardevoir hit any dragon type for supper effective damage.
Excadrill
I heard you used Sand Rush, right? You have strictly no way of using that ability outside of the E4, so go for Mold Breaker or even switch for Scizor. Since the air balloon disappear after poping, you will need to constantly but more.
Eevee → I used Leaf Blade to just knock out crazy hard pokemons like Swampert , Lanturn of Audrey
Thunderbolt and Ice Beam is there on Gardevoir right ?
Greninja → Gunk Shot is awesome but the scariest part is its accuracy . U-Trun aand Extrasensory are Great Moves .

After using it in my first playthrough of the game. it was so powerfull I swore to use him in any team in this game. I don’t remember what that spread was used to, but it give me some bulk and allow me to outspeed base 60 speed and some Tyranitar variants.

It’s still better to use the above moveset for the E4. Ice Beam hits more grounds harder. Why not Scarf on D. Garde?

Yeah Choice Scarf on Delta Gardevoir is the best
I just mistakenly wrote (Choice Specs) instead of Choice Scarf

Funfact: Swords Dance Scizor can 6-0 Harmony by itself in Hard mode, but cannot in Normal mode because of her Gardevoir, it carry Destiny Bond with a Focus Sash instead of the Choice Scarf of the Hard mode…

According to my Calculation
When Scizor with Technician use Bullet Punch (Without Swords Dance)
Bullet Punch Base Power is 40
Scizor will get both Technician Boost and also Stab Boost
Then , 40x1.5x1.5=90
With these Scizor Bullet Punch have 90 base attack
With Metal Coat 90x1.5=135
Scizor will always hit first with 135 base attack .
I don’t know how Swords Dance Boost Work
But I am Pretty sure Scizor will be Super Awesome (Like Battle-Bond Greninja using Water Shuriken)
the damage calculation with attack doesnt work that way, and 2.25×45=101.25
From where did you get 2.25 from ?
1.5×1.5 is 2.25, not 2.
