Hi Guys I am Looking for a Best Team of Pokemon that can defeat any type . My starter = Eevee holding Mega Stone [Leaf Blade , Foul Play , Moon Blast , Thunderbolt] I also have a Lucario , Swampert and also a Rotom [ Dont know which form of Rotom is best for my team ] .
Any One Please Say a Fire Pokemon which I can use in game .

Your Eevee has a weird set. Focus fully physical or special, as its stats are pretty average, and you can/should only invest into one. IMO, Special is better, as Foul Play uses your opp’s attack, and everything except Leafeon is special. Scizor or Excadrill>Lucario, but Lucario is still ok. Swampert is fine, though I personally prefer Gyarados. The best Rotom form is generally Wash or Heat, though Heat is weak to Stealth Rocks.
The best offensive Fire mons are Chandelure, D. Chandelure(Oran Berry required), D. Emolga(after badge 7, in Roggan Town PC), M. Typhlosion(needs HP Grass), Blaziken, Volcarona, M. D. Froslass, Rotom-H, Infernape, D. Lilligant, M. D. Sunflora, Delphox, and Talonflame.
As for defensive options, you have Arcanine and D. Vespiquen.
For your team, assuming R-Wash, Swampert, M. Eevee, and Lucario, I would run Talonflame(with Gale Wings), Rotom-H over Rotom-W, D. Chandelure, Volcarona, or Chandelure.

Can you suggest a team including Mew [ I like Mew very much ] and Giratina [ I Dont know if Giratina is good but I think it has amazing stats ] [If Giratina is bad then can you suggest a good team]
Generally, they are good, but Giratina has a bad matchup vs the E4. Mew is a jack-of-all-trades. Keeping 3 of your mons, I’d run M. Eevee (Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Moonblast, Psychic), Rotom Wash with Leftovers (Thunderbolt, Hydro Pump, Will-O-Wisp, Volt Switch), and Lucario with a Choice Band(Close Combat, Iron Head, Extreme Speed/Bullet Punch, EQ). To finish, I would run an LO Gengar(Taunt, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Focus Blast). This shuts down Eduard and Kayla’s leads. Bulk Up D. Snorlax looks good here. You can find the set somewhere in the forums. I’d run Scarf HA Excadrill or Eviolite Hustle D. Scyther for the last slot. I’ll edit in real sets for all of these later.

No Giratina, Gengar is much better vs. E4. I recommend Taunt, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb/Wave, and Focus Blast on the Gengar, with a Life Orb. On Scizor, have Technician as the ability, and have Swords Dance, Bullet Punch, Bug Bite, and Knock Off/Roost. I’d personally run a Baton Pass Mew with Flame Charge/Coverage, Baton Pass, Calm Mind, and Psychic, to set up vs London’s Mega Reuniclus with Calm Mind and Flame Charge, then Baton Pass to M. Eevee who can sweep with Thunderbolt+Psychic+Ice Beam+Moonblast. IMO, Mew’s best use is Baton Pass. Also, Blaziken wants a Life Orb and its HA, Speed Boost. Also, you can give your Blaziken Baton Pass, Protect, and dual STABs in order to have a mini Baton Pass Chain. You can also give Mew Bulk Up to set up Blaziken and Scizor.
