What’s the best entry hazard user including deltas and excluding megas?

I guess it depends on what kind of entry hazards you want to set? Been using D. Metagross Spider as my entry-hazard setter. I have him set Toxic Spikes and Sticky Web and it’s been working great so far. I modify moveset / held items as needed to fit the situation.
So, disclaimer: I’m not very knowledgeable when it comes to competitive battling at all lol, I haven’t played any Pokemon since Z/O and I didn’t know a whole lot back then either. I’ve been trying to use deltas as my way to figure out how to make moveset / stat / team decisions. But I thought I’d give my $0.02 anyway lol. don’t destroy me please 
My thought process: As I was going through the movepool / stats etc I thought, ‘hey this little guy is like an Ariados but very strong, makes sense that he commanded a little army of Ariados(es?) in game… oooooh, that’s it, entry hazards’

D. Spidergross is good albeit slow, but faster than the other 2. Ferro however has more utility with its knock off and iron barbs rocky helmet leech seed physical wall set. if you don’t mind having only 1-2 hazards on D Spidergross, it has decent offense with EQ and U turn, running max health and max attack adamant nature poison heal as the ability. i would run sticky web and toxic spikes/stealth rock(if ur using livewire) as the 2 hazards, and the above 2 moves. you can hit hard with a STAB EQ or slow turn out with a STAB Uturn and then come back in to reset hazards if they get removed. I would then put stealth rock on another mon, as many months learn it.
