Are this IVs good for Mew?

I just got Mew and i was wondering if this IVs are good for him. (I dont know like anything about EVs and IVs thats why im asking)

do you mean IVs? if so they are pretty good besides HP

well it depends more in naturecuz you can change ivs with iv stones

I got it with Modest nature i think it is good for my team since i dont have someone with Sp atack.
