Any SpDef EV Training spot?

Jayden is pretty good, it has carbink, mr.mime and floette, which give 1, 2, and 2 EVs in Sp.Def, respectively. The only issue is carbink gives an EV in defense as well, which could be a little annoying.

Apparently Shelgon is only slot 3, if you are before the Elite 4, that shouldn’t be a problem. If you are far enough, it’s still an uncommon encounter from what I know. I guess if it bothers you too much, run or use Qualot Berries.
