Further info: Hi all! I have been fishing for like 4 hours and can’t find a dratini, but I’m trying to get something I can trade for the Delta Koffing, so any pseudo-legendary would do. Anyone have a spare they could throw my way? I’d greatly appreciate it.

Also, you could have just caught a Larvitar or Pupitar off in the cave off of Route 5.
Need to be able to scale waterfalls to do that, and I can’t do that yet.
