Where can I find the move re-learner. Also, what’s the best way to farm heart scales?

In your secret base, you can “hire” the move relearner.

Heart Scales can be obtained through Pokepon, or fishing in Midna mine and using some item stealing move to get heart scales off wild Luvdisc

In addition to what Cow said for heart scales(fainted Compound Eyes pokemon leading, followed by a Frisk pokemon with Covet/Thief/Trick/Switcheroo makes that method easier),

  • Collect 10 flags in friend safaris, talk to the flag guy in your(or someone else’s) secret base, you get 3 heart scales.

  • There’s an NPC in Suntouched City who gives you two heart scales if you have jigglypuff in your party.

  • Rock smash breakable rocks

  • You can grind using pickup ability, with the pickup pokemon at level 50 or above.
