What’s supposed to happen is that you heal and a cutscene plays with a news announcing talking about how a strange man is in Utira library. You’re supposed to then go to the library and go as left as you can, meeting with Orion, and then going to Dragon Ruins. The problem you currently have may be fixed when 1.2.3 becomes public.
