Okay so for those people that get stuck in the game, such as myself, and I’ve seen quite a few articles on the reddit forums discussing this same bug, or other areas in the map where you could get stuck. I suggest putting an option to kill your entire Pokémon team in the options menu (Only accessible outside of battle) so that it spawns you in the Pokémon center and you will no longer be stuck. If you have any better ideas as to solve the problem of getting stuck, please share your ideas in the comments below. (When I say stuck, I mean situations like this) 
At the moment you can access the memory chamber through the pokegear, and just lose to a trainer there
I think it would be better to fix these bugs, as your suggestion probably isn`t what nuzlockers want

I don’t see a memory chamber in the Pokegear, this is all I have.
Well this would be an optional thing you’d have to access through the main menu or something of the sort, you don’t have to choose this option, so I don’t see why it would affect the Nuzlockers
I meant that while it would solve your problem now it wouldnt help someone doing a nuzlocke that is stuck like you are, so it would be better to find an other solution. Have you tried to access your backup save files? Its in pc’s saved games folder
I found the backup files but cant find where to replace the backup files
you have to rename the backup file and delete the save file (or you can store it somewhere else)
Game.rxdata is the save for your 1st save slot; Game_1.rxdata is the save for your 2nd and Game_2.rxdata is the save for your 3rd
the backups are named Save_0_Backup_1.rxdata, Save_0_Backup_2.rxdata and Save_0_Backup_3.rxdata for your 1st slot. (Save_1_… and Save_2_… for the other save slots)
Either delete or store Game.rxdata somewhere else and rename Save_0_Backup_1.rxdata to Game.rxdata
Run the Game.exe
I did this and it spawned me in the same place so I’m still stuck 
Guess I have to wait for a developer to put out a patch or something

does reloading the map work? (i belive default button is P)
Ive tried reloading the map, it moves me out but then when the orange and white screen go away I’m in the same place. I thought that the backup save 2 and 3 were for the other save files (if we have one)?
you got 3 backups per save:
the first number (between Saves and Backup) indicates the game, for the first game: 0, for the second: 1 and for the third: 2;
the second number (the one after Backup) is the backup number, you usually got 3 backups, so you can try Save_0_Backup_2.rxdata or Save_0_Backup_3.rxdata as well
