So can someone send me the 1.2 core download link cause i need to download it for shifting from 1.1.8 to the newer versions . I am on windows . Thank you .

The core is available in the blue box at the top of the forums. There are two non-torrent links. You should be able to transfer from 1.1.8 to 1.2.3.
