What moves down you want on the Riolu? It comes with a complimentary Swords Dance and Bullet Punch, the rest of the two you can choose from Blaze Kick, Crunch, Cross Chop and High Jump Kick.
Do you want just any 5iv Magikarp or one that doesn’t have SpA? You’ll have to pay for the latter though.
